Add "Readability Score" as option in "Advanced search"

Add "Readability Score" as an option in the "Advanced search" form.
Based on comment posted on Slack by Lnatal:
"Have you considered adding the option of filtering your works by their Reading Level?
I love that you list the "Reading Ease Score" for all your books. But without filtering them, it's tricky for me to, say, find Italian-language works that are appropriate for my beginner-level proficiency in the language."

This is complicated to implement. data is stored as text, not numbers. As a first step we should release the data as a csv file and invite validation.

couldn't we change the DB to store them as numerical values, rather than text.
seems more appropriate anyway

true that it's not urgent, but it's a very sensical feature request imo
