This repository has two files responsible for java timzeones updates. The java applications are using these files to keep IANA timezones up to date.
Commend:
java -jar tzupdater.jar -l https://www.iana.org/time-zones/repository/tzdata-latest.tar.gz
To update the data file you just need to run the tzdata-latest-updater.sh script.
