games won't load - white screen only

I noticed that every time I open a game the last url in the 'file' menu ends with " -relaunched"
typing the same url manually without it opens the game without any issues

am I doing something wrong?

win10, firefox, latest version, tried restarting everything

Games also appear on a white screen for me, but I do not see anything in the file menu that ends with "-relaunched".
That said, no matter how many times I download, and redownload the zip, to extract and rextract it, it always gives me the option to unregister it from the Registry Editor in the files, even if I deleted everything that had to do with Flash in the registry already...

|Funnily enough, when it reappears in the registry, it recognizes the games that were launched, it just won't show me the visuals for whatever reason (Even though it plays audio, and I can interact with things like I could normally. It's just that I can't see anything because it's all white).

I'm absolutely stumped. Nothing online has quite described the issue I am facing... I would appreciate any form of help.

try those:
download any swf file, open it in the "flashplayer.exe", right click, settings, change the hardware acceleration option.
or download the last official player https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html, then use the new one to replace the "flashplayer.exe", just copy in then rename to "flashplayer.exe"
or clean the HFlashPlayer folder, make sure there are only files from the zip file. move the HFlashPlayer out of c drive, (or move to your desktop) the re-register it, just run unregiest.reg then run HFlashPlayer.exe
or make sure there is nothing recording the screen, do a virus scan, or try open your video player to play something, in the same time try to run swf.
I have no idea too, the last two options was very rare possible.

I've got the same issue. Tried all the above. Right click settings doesn't work either, literally nothing pops up.

or please try to consider a video driver reason, I found some official flash player user reporting this white screen with sound issue.
