Hans, I made some minor improvements. Maybe you can just merge it in (there is a green MERGE button on the bottom of the Pull request page).
As the summary is written in a personal style I suggested to use your call at the start of the file to make clear who originated it. Please have a look if it is fine by you.
I am not decided yet if it belongs to the root directory or into doc/ but that can be decided later.
