Change Capitalization on the VRMS meeting page

Overview

Bonnie requested that the meeting info has the same capitalization that is in the backend. The website team uses the meeting times and the capitalization reflects what is in the db, however on the vrms page everything is capitalized. this makes is so that pm's are unable to see if there is a capitalization error unless they check the website.

Action Items

• Find where the text in vrms is changed to capital letters
  • It's the font
• Change the font so to one that will render lowercase letters
