Create Search Display Component

Overview

Currently, there is no way for admins to identify who is an admin on VRMS. Given that, we need to create a feature that enables admin users to filter & search for all admin users, as well as view a full list of existing admin users on VRMS.

Requirements

• Functionality:
  - This filter feature is to be implemented on the "User Permission Management" screen.
  - Design - see low-fi mockups, page 2
  - By selecting the "Admins" filter , the user is presented with a list of all admins on VRMS underneath the search bar. The usernames are presented in alphabetical order based on first name.
  - This is also the DEFAULT view when a user lands on the "User Permission Management" screen).
  - The user can enter an admin user's name in the search bar to filter the results to only those that match the entered user's name (Search is required only to search for user names, NOT emails at this time).
  - When a user clicks on an individual admin user's name, they are directed to the "EditUsers" screen, where they can promote / demote the admin user on VRMS (see page 3 of mockups - tracked here Create ability for Admins to promote and demote Admins #1486)
