Overview
We need to email all the valid, active OPT members about the meetings in December so that they can check in and have assignments to meet the 20 hour per week requirements
Action Items
- create a new recurring meeting for Wednesdays in December in Zoom
- create a calendar invite for the meeting
- create a list of members whose OPT is still ongoing
- create a list of active members
- create a draft of the email
- review the draft with Bonnie
- mail merge and send the email
- send calendar invites
