Part of the fix for #4249
What changes did you make and why did you make them ?
.github/workflows/update-codeofconduct.ymlworkflow file that triggers whenever the README.md file in the root of thehackforla/codeofconductrepo is updated.github-actions/update-codeofconduct/update-codeofconduct.jsthat runs when the workflow is triggered. This file uses the GitHub REST API to copy the contents of thehackforla/codeofconduct/README.mdfile and then paste that into ahackforla/website/_includes/code-of-condcut-page/CODEOFCONDUCT.mdfile in thehackforla/websiterepo.hackforla/websiterepo by tying it to the updating of thehackforla/codeofconduct/README.mdfile in this repo. This way the code of conduct only has to be edited in a single place..gitignorefile so thatnode_modulesdon't get pushed
