@akhaleghi Re your comment above where you mentioned there are new files in the old drive. You have to review the whole repository (the boards and the issues, and annotate any old links to the drive with a note that the drive files have been moved to the new shared drive and provide a link to the new drive.

Also, you have to make sure that all the team members have access to the new drive. Anyone who is inactive can be marked as viewer/commenter and anyone who is active should have other privileges

• Review CoP: Data Science: Create district types reusable tool (API, single dataset, etc.) #118 and Obtain Shape Files for Different District Types as of Nov/Dec 2021 #124 to make sure this is how we want to set up sub-issues associated with epics
• Do we want to move "Ice Box" column to the right to allow for better visibility of "In Progress" issues that the team looks at daily? It takes up valuable screen space and we aren't regularly reviewing the items we have parked in it.
• Presentation template, should this be an issue and set up like the guides in the Product Mgmt CoP?
• Discuss adding labels for "stages" to define issues
