Overview

The first user research results showed the research team that the project onboarding and offboarding process may possibly be an important driver of information loss. With this survey we wish to verify challenges and successes in the project onboarding and offboarding processes. The results will be input for the development of user personas and journeys; later informing the design team.

This ticket follows the issue Create a survey for new joiners to HfLA for onboarding onto their teams. Now it is time to program and pilot the onboarding survey.

Action Items

• Create a Plus account at SoGoSurvey (free for non-profit) with the Hack for LA email address
• Program survey into SoGoSurvey platform
• Test the survey with two people from your team
• Iterate survey based on the received feedback
• Recruit around 3 to 5 respondents for the pilot
• Iterate survey based on the received feedback

Update: the credit reference ticket is currently in website's team icebox, Yas is looking for an internal designer (a.k.a. from the design systems team) to help me out with regards to putting the platform reference on the credit webpage.
