Overview

We need to create a survey and interview guide to administer to interns on Day 1 in order to create a baseline for future assessment.

• Update relevant WIKI page (See resources)
• Check issue TWE: Create Roadmap for Mentor Research #208 to see if all sub-issues have been closed. If yes, close the issue

I've:
a.) drafted some questions for the qualitative interview guide
b.) have included ideas for the survey (but need more direction on both)
c.) written a draft of the consent process and included an informed consent template that we may or may not want to use for both parents and interns
