We reviewed the parent consent survey form and found out that we wouldn't be able to embed the survey form in the email for parents because we included pictures in the survey form.
We created a [new survey copy](moved to trash) where we deleted the pictures out and placed the survey questions as checkboxes in the survey. This way, we are able to embed the survey form in the email for parents. The checkboxes are problematic though since they will mess up the formatting of the survey spreadsheet.

Bonnie and Elizabeth had already figured out what the problem was and decided to use the images rather than embed the form in the email, so that's solved now :) I have deleted the new form and spreadsheet we were working on.

• Edited End-of-Week Intern Evaluation of Mentor RP and survey inside of External Communication - Parent folder, per Bonnie and Rabia's request.
• Had quick meeting with Bonnie and @Rabia2219 about parental consent changes that have been taking place. I learned that parents are going to received a "slimmed down" version of a research plan and survey questions so that they can give consent for their child to participate in the internship. This is why the file that was sent to Aparna and I over the weekend was located in the External Communication - Parent folder.
• All the Research Plans & Goals that are forward-facing to parents are housed here in the Wiki. All research plans used will follow the exact same template. The "Notes on All Research Plans" document that was created by Bonnie last week will be used for the volunteers and researchers working on the internship.
