We need to create a post-onboarding survey for the TWE mentors to assess the extent to which they understand their role as a mentor, gaps they experienced during the onboarding, and perceived challenges or barriers to being an effective mentor.

• Create Google Form
• Send survey to mentors

Here is a draft of the survey for the Mentor Intake Survey. Feel free to review, revise, and/or provide feedback. The onboarding is supposed to happen Tuesday July 5, but I have not heard whether that is still happening or not. In any case, it would be good to still get it reviewed so that we can import it into a Google Form. Thanks!
