Overview

We need to create an action steps spreadsheet to synthesize and prioritize the action items following the data analysis.

Action Items

A STEP BY STEP LIST OF ALL THE TASK ITEMS THAT YOU CAN THINK OF NOW EXAMPLES INCLUDE: Research, reporting, etc.

• Locate the action item spreadsheet template
• Make a copy of the action item spreadsheet
• Customize the action item spreadsheet
• Review action item spreadsheet from previous projects (list examples in resources)
• Gather data analysis and synthesize the results
• Fill out the spreadsheet
• Peer review
• Leads review
• Review with PMs (i.e. alignment meetings)
• Revise the action item spreadsheet based on PM feedback
• Product sign-off
