• If there is no issue open, make a new issue for the inventory item

We can create a standard template for all Product One Sheet. As projects grow and different people with varying skill set makes one sheet, we want to ensure the one sheet is standard and serves the purpose. Background, Where are we right now/How far are we? and Where are we going from now? - All one sheet should be able to answer these 3 questions.

@ExperimentsInHonesty I was asking whether any type of guides/support documentation for the end user should be part of the list - for example, on a project like undebate, we would want something to send to the candidate with instructions on where to click, how to save, how to re-record if they messed up, etc. I wasn't sure if that was covered in the wiki or the readme
