Create structure for Platform documentation in wiki

Overview

We need to create a defined structure for documenting each platform so that the documentation is consistent between platforms and that all team member know how to create new documentation.

Details

The purpose of the documentation is so that a new developer can get up to speed quickly when addressing an issue about that platform, and the person making the issue doesn't have to reiterate all the resources.

The documentation will contain

• usage details
• issues
• resources

Action Items

• Identify what kind of information we need
• Where It's going to go in the wiki
• What templates are needed.
• Release dependency on this issue for Create Platform documentation Issue template #70

  • 1Password (up to date as of 2025-10-22). Needs to be renamed to be 1Password overview
    • contains Location of passwords and keys
  • Zoom (up to date as of 2025-10-22)
  • Appscripts (outdated)
  • Tables (outdated, because we are using google sheets now).

  • Needs how to report bugs
  • Needs to delinate rules/best practices (e.g., changing token every X days)

  • Check for updates

    • needs updating because it still has references to tables and we are using google sheets now)
