We need to update the Project Card for Youth Justice Nav to provide accurate information about the project's Partners. This will ensure correct information dissemination to all our stakeholders

Action Items

• Add "Golden Gate University School of Law" to partner list for Youth Justice Nav
• Remove "Code for America" from the partner list for Youth Justice Nav
• Create a pull request
• Ask someone in the Development or PM team to review the pull request
• Commit changes and close issue
