Wins Randomizer for About page

Overview

We need a randomizer for the about page so that we can give visibility to different volunteer types.

Action Items

Documentation was not created when the randomizer was added to the homepage on the feature branch. For this issue, you will need to:

• See the pull request Homepage redesign #2373 that added the Wins Randomizer on to the homepage in the feature branch
• Create documentation in the Decision Records on Solutions Adopted for the randomizer and its functionality
  • Release the dependency on ER: Wins randomizer content management #4282
• Implement this randomizer so that it works for the About page
  • The About page is hidden so the pull request associated with this issue can be pushed into gh-pages
  • You are not copying all the code and replicating it on the site, you are making sure the code is useable from the about page. If it needs changes so that it can be used on both the homepage and the about page, please detail the changes you will make in a comment on this issue and review it with the dev lead.

Checks

• The randomizer should render a different Win every time the About page is reloaded
• Addition of the randomizer does not break the page

For tech lead/merge team/product

• When the pull request associated with this issue is merged, check back to this issue Wins Randomizer for homepage #2304 and determine if there is an even distribution of roles in the wins randomizer
