Create "Refactor Trademark Image location" issues

Overview

We need to create issues to move all trademarked images to a new subfolder trademarks within images, and update all image references accordingly. The list of trademarked images can be found by filtering the text "Refactor Trademark issue location" or "Trademark" in the the HfLA Site: Inconsistent Image Issue Audit #1900¹

• Create template for moving a single image into the trademarks subfolder and updating all references to that image.
• Create a sample issue and set ready for dev lead label
• After that issue/template is approved, proceed to create the remaining issues. As each issue is created, enter a link to the issue in the spreadsheet (in a new column) and also reference the issue above under "Issues Created"
