Reports from weekly development meetings. Normally meetings take place over Skype every Tuesday, 11am UK time. Ben (@hallba) aims to write up key decisions from each meeting, post them to the team, and post them here each week. Apologies for missing weeks, that reflect either no major events occurred or if the meeting was cancelled.
