[Feature request]: Specify date format (currently seems to export US format)

I just tried this app and quite like it. Works of me. But first export my admin came back to me and complained that the second of July was not 7/2/2025 but 2/7/2025 and can I fix it. So, I checked options and can't find on alas. If I'm missing a configuration, do let me know. But for the moment it looks like I just export and then clean up the export before submitting.
