SensorModel 3.0

In this release, I added Get and Set functions and moved data members of the SensorModel class to private to better align with standard C++ practice. Matlab functions are unchanged from 2.0 version.

IMU Sensor Model 2.0

This release has been updated to include the option to only consider angle/velocity random walk and rate random walk as done in the ETH Zurich ASL Kalibr package.
