This allows for a more uniform interface, and avoids using YAML 1.1 reserved keywords.

As described in #160 (comment),
LedStateis currently only ever used in theOperationControlregister. Replacing these uses withEnableFlagwould allow for a more uniform interface, and avoid using YAML 1.1 reserved keywords.This PR supersedes #160 and fixes #159.
