Description

Currently the image published from build-artifacts has the following error when trying to be pulled:

Failed to pull image "hashicorpdev/consul:e0105ea": rpc error: code = NotFound desc = failed to pull and unpack image "docker.io/hashicorpdev/consul:e0105ea": no match for platform in manifest: not found

This workaround is found in the following GitHub issue: docker/build-push-action#820
