Description
The link to pre-autopilot HA upgrade documentation was broken in the HA installations section of this page:
https://developer.hashicorp.com/vault/docs/upgrade/replicated-deployment
This PR updates the link to point to a versioned copy of the content.
This PR also removes 2 sections of the replicated-deployment page which appear to be duplicate.
