Hey @mbillow thank you for this PR. I'm closing as a lot of these parameters are now deprecated and the relevant API documentation do seem correct at present. If you've spot anything or if I've misunderstood please reopen with an update PR that's without any merge conflict. |

I noticed these titles were swapped around, so I fixed them. I also moved the Consul >= 1.4.0 information above the legacy parameters since it is likely more relevant.
