Depth profiling of SIMS or other analytical data with various normalisation and data alignment options written in MATLAB.
When run, you select one or a number of files which should be in csv/xlsx format. The first column should contain the timestamps for the depth profiling, the subsequent columns should the signal for various different elements. The program can then normalise, align, scale and plot the data in various ways which are controlled and described in the first section.
