It appears that pysha3 has been "archived", and no longer builds on some systems / versions of Python3.
Upgrade from pysha3 (sha3 python package) to pycryptodome (Crypto python package).
Also adds a quick GNUmakefile, encoding some of the build and test procedures for posterity.
