This appears to have happened since hellosign/dropbox-sign-node#19

1.6.1 released with the fix. My sincere apologies, there were thousands of files changed across all the SDKs and this one very important file snuck into the .gitignore from upstream.

Our coming integration test suite will ensure this does not happen again.
