vmcaster ignores errors occurred when uploading imagelists using the egiappdb protocol

Hi Owen,

It seems that the vmcaster ignores errors occurred when uploading imagelists using the egiappdb protocol.

To be more specific, say there is an error while one tries to upload an image list into the EGI AppDB (egiappdb protocol) the vmcaster ignores the error and although the upload was an unsuccessful one, it increases the imagelist version number.

I haven't tried to see if it is the same situation at the other protocols.
