Since it was only set to work around a uWSGI bug, and that bug does not occur when using a venv (which we now use as of #257). Closes #265. GUS-W-17454520.

Since it was only set to:
(a) work around a uWSGI bug (unbit/uwsgi#2525), and that bug does not occur when using a venv (which we now use as of #257).
(b) prevent issues for apps that have an invalid
PYTHONHOMEenv var set - but such apps will now be caught by the env checks added in #308.Closes #265.
