Change d_kbd_2 from DesktopDetectorEvdev to GenericGamepadEvdev to allow M1/M2 buttons (Insert/Delete keys) to be used as extra_l1/extra_r1 game buttons. Desktop mode detection now relies solely on d_mouse.
