tunnel ping (like PersistentKeepalive on WG) and tunnel auto restart option #165

Hey, thank you for the wonderful software!
I've noticed that tunnel doesn't always work as expected, due to the network instability or configuration or NAT traversal or god knows what else.
Is there any way to implement some kind of ping - that verified if connection is in good shape and restart the tunnel (maintaining the connection) if it is not (like Wireguard does with PersistentKeepalive option)?
That would be of great help!
