Sign-In with Google does not redirect to unity after sign in completion. iOS, Unity LTS 6.3

Simple Sign-In with Google, unity plugin. On iOS, after the sign in, it does not redirect back to the app and stays in browser. Works absolutely fine on android. I believe the issue is related to latest unity version LTS: 6.3

Hello! I'll check this as soon as I get my mac repaired. Please refer to this article and check if you can activate your app with a deep link. You can even create a new empty project. This functionality relates to Unity, not to my asset.

When i disable the “use of safari view controller” it redirects to the app, but gets a user cancelled event

I understand, and when it is enabled it does not redirect to the app at all. just remains opened.
