Due to upcoming bitnami changes, pulling the images from our ACR instead

TLDR; bitnami moving all images to bitnamilegacy repo and then will start to delete them
This is short term to make sure we have the images we need while we find a long term fix
These aren't enabled by default, but if a team uses them, now they will come from our ACR
