Flashing cursor instead of Acorn banner text after CTRL-BREAK

This occurs after *INSERTing the ROM. All other ROMs besides BASIC *unplugged. Pressing CTRL-BREAK a few times will get me to a * prompt and either "Bad sum" or "Invalid drive" errors.
Once I *MOUNT 0 the hd image.. I can CTRL-BREAK and get to Acorn banner text/ BASIC prompt as normal.

Maybe this is the same or related to the other issue I have raised and may be appropriate to close.

This is expected behaviour I think.

After inserting the ROM, you need to force a power up reset with:

*FX 200,2

or

*FX 151,78,127
