macOS Sierraでは nodebrew は、若干、問題あり。

macOS Serraでは、「.DS_Store」「.localized」について、扱いが変ったようです（下記参照）。
その為、「nodebrew ls」等を実行すると、常に「Use of uninitialized value $a1 in numeric comparison（略）」が表示されます。

「macOS 10.12 Sierraでは「.DS_Store」など一部の隠しファイルがFinderに表示されない状態に。」

It really caused on macOS Sierra only? Why Finder's change affects to CUI command such as nodebrew? (it work on not Finder)
This issue's title is not suitable because what problem nodebrew having. (I think "Get error when nodebrew ls on macOS Sierra" is better)

恐らく #36 と重複です。
これは本当に macOS Sierra のみで起こるのでしょうか。何故 Finder の変更が nodebrew のような Finder の上で動作するわけではない CUI コマンドに影響するのでしょうか。
この issue のタイトルは不適切です、nodebrew に何の問題があるのか不明です（せめて「macOS Sierra で nodebrew ls を実行するとエラー」のように、具体的なほうが良いです）。
