Bug: contributors can't access DOs and DON'Ts guidelines

Description:
Permanent contributors need to follow team-specific DOs and DON'Ts, but the guidelines document doesn't exist. When users try to learn the team's best practices and expectations, they find a broken link instead of helpful guidance. This leaves contributors unsure about what behaviors and practices are expected, potentially leading to mistakes and misaligned work that doesn't meet team standards.
