[FEATURE]: Integrate the latest analyzer into the automatic parallelism module

Describe the feature

As we integrate the different version of tracer and profiler into the lastest analyzer, we need to adapt the automatic parallelism module to integrate the analyzer.

TODO list:

• Test the analyzer in NodeHandler level including the numerical correctness

• Test the analyzer with mainstream models

• Use lastest analyzer in AutoChunk module

• Deprecate the previous tracer
