I think this is maintained by another user, is this it here, the rebase branch is the most up to date I could find - https://github.com/m4xw/ppsspp/tree/rebase

Though the latest Switch version for download is 1.17.x on the official PPSSPP page, so this fork seems behind that a lot, maybe there is another fork I am missing somewhere…. Would love to help, where is the latest 1.17.x fork do you know?

MX4W has been the maintainer of the project for quite some time and I believe this is the most up to date switch port. I later herd that that code was merged back into the PPSSPP codebase some time ago
