Add Bottom Navigation to MainScreen#2

- Updated `MainActivity.kt` to include a `NavigationBar` within the `Scaffold`. - Implemented state management for bottom navigation item selection. - Added two navigation items: "Home" and "Settings". - Updated screen content to reflect the selected navigation item.

Implemented Bottom Navigation with Home and Settings items as requested. The app now includes a scaffold with both a Floating Action Button and Bottom Navigation.
