This PR officially adds @patrickvonplaten's post on the forums about converting
.ckptfiles and cleans up the KerasCV section a bit to only focus on conversion.This also starts the process of documenting all the different formats we work with and how to convert from one to another as discussed here and here. I'm sure I'm missing some, so please feel free to let me know about other formats that should be included!
