I have made the following changes as per the setup.py file. However, I couldn't find PyTorch specifically mentioned, so I used Torch instead. Please review and kindly correct me if there are any mistakes. I have provided two formats below, and I would greatly appreciate your confirmation before I proceed with raising the pull request.

1.) "This repository has been tested with Python 3.7.0+, Flax >= 0.4.1 & <= 0.6.9, Torch >= 1.9 & != 1.12.0, and TensorFlow >= 2.4 & < 2.13."

2.) This repository is tested on the following versions:

• Python: 3.7.0+
• Flax: >= 0.4.1 & <= 0.6.9
• Torch: >= 1.9 & != 1.12.0
• TensorFlow: >= 2.4 & < 2.13

I kindly request your guidance and feedback regarding these changes. If you have any further suggestions or modifications, please let me know.

This repository is tested on Python 3.7+, Flax 0.4.1+, PyTorch 1.9+ and TensorFlow 2.4+.
