Transformers 4.57.3 needs older huggingface-hub

support latest huggingface-hub releases

### Motivation

I'd like to update my huggingface-hub from 0.36 to 1.2.1. However, transformers 4.57.3 needs huggingface-hub<1.0. So I cannot update the huggingface-hub. Can you please consider support newer version of huggingface-hub?
