Updated the model card for VideoMAE

What does this PR do?

As suggested in this issue - #36979 (comment) - this PR updates the documentation of the VideoMAE model, which will now be aligned with the standardized format for all the docs.

Check list

• Include a brief description of the model
• Ready to use code examples (Pipeline not available, AutoModel available, and transformers-cli not available)
• For large models, provide a quantization example
• Include an attention mask visualizer

Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into this—I really appreciate it. With the number of models in Transformers growing so quickly, I’ve been looking into ways to automate model card generation to keep up with the pace. For now, I’ll be closing this PR, but I’m very grateful for your interest in this project!
