Decouple bioauth consensus from aura and bioauth pallet #43
Description
We should traitify the aura bits used in the bioauth consensus, and implement them as part of the humanode peer. This will enable us to have better modularity in the bioauth consensus crate and should ease the swapping of the aura with a different algorithm when we're ready.
