Run FaceTec integration tests at CI #45
Description
We have FaceTec integration tests implemented, but they're not running at CI due to FaceTec Server CPU requirements.
We need to run them at CI too.
Either set up a custom VM for the Github Action, and run it as a service in the action itself, or use GCP k8s cluster and test server harness. Or something else.
