Fix battery measurement circuit

• Change the voltage divider to 2x 100kohms
• Use Vref as 2.8V

Fix manufactured PCB

Fixes

1. Fix routes for RESET and BOOT buttons. Cut traces for pin 3.
2. Change the Silkscreen version number to V1.0.1
3. Add silkscreen notes for the pin header
4. Increase silkscreen area for Notes and Installation date
