OWLAPI tests #5
Description
The OWLAPI unit tests for OWLAPI 3.4.2 don't pass unless the database is recreated after every test class. It could be that some of the tests are simply written in such a way that they expect a blank slate, but a lot of it is due to the HGDB implementation not cleaning up properly. Maybe just a better GC and a more elaborate tearDown method, properly deleting ontologies, axioms and objects will do it. But it needs further investigation.
