Lookup of axioms module annotations #8
Description
There is an OWL API method to lookup an axiom without its annotation. We have a hash-based index for axioms with their annotations and the lookup there is fast. But lookupIgnoreAnnotations does a full scan, potentially super slow. Currently this is hacked to always assume "ignore annotations", which is probably never an issue. Still, we should have an annotation free index as well...or at least allow the whole thing to be configured to always ignore annotations on axioms or not.
